Back from Spring Break (where I undid all my progress) and now I’m back to my workouts

Monday the 2nd: 1hour Judo class - running, falling and standing up a lot

Tuesday the 3rd: 90minute workout with Noah - 90 squat jumps, 250yards of lunges, 90 side sit-ups, 60 leg lifts, 90 crunch twists with 8lbs medicine ball

Wednesday the 4th: 1hour Judo class - running, falling down and standing up, flipping people. 1hour workout with Noah - jump-rope foreverrrrr
